Here at ASET Partners we are looking for a highly skilled, exceptionally motivated End-User Migration Expert (Service Desk) to bring onto our team to work alongside with and help support the Department of Education in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis and expertise related to the use and migration of service desk functions to include phone, email, web, and in-person support 
  • Assist users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract
Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience 
  • ServiceNow Certifications
