Here at ASET Partners we are looking for a highly skilled, exceptionally motivated Development and Integration Software Analyst to bring onto our team to work alongside with and help support the DIA in either MS2, Bolling Air force Base, Reston VA, or Quantico VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver data environment that enables the integration of data sources such that advanced analytic algorithms can be applied and yield analytic results supporting visualizations to inform senior level decision makers and line level analyst.
  • Perform security integration, auditing and monitoring in accordance with DIA standard and processes to include accurate reporting procedures for internal use software expenditures
  • Operate as technical SME in software coding (SCALA, SPARQL and Java), DevOps systems and services (AWS Cloud Formation, etc.), and Hadoop Ecosystem.
  • Design, document and program data analytic applications leveraging streaming data and various database formats. Educate team members and customers on application usage and administration.
  • Provide SMEs experience in Cloud Technologies, AWS/C2S, containers, data layers, micro-services, System Administration, and SQL/NSQL database experience.
  • Draw on existing DIA (DoDIIS) and IC ITE Data Service Architecture (DSA) architecture, security and application requirements/processes.
  • Take advantage of lessons learned from previous projects, leverage existing, available DIA data repositories and services, the DIA Software Development Environment, DevOps processes, EPS data and platform capabilities, DoDIIS available infrastructure (including but not limited to: C2S AWS, GovCloud, VMware, physical systems) and leverage existing DIA and future IC ITE environment, tools and services.

 Qualification:

  • Active/current TS/SCI and CI Poly is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
  • Seven years of specialized experience in software engineering is preferred.
  • Integration experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, RedHat S2I, Docker and AWS EC2s.
  • Experience with Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, and Git repositories.
  • Supports the design, scripting, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions.
  • Develops basic and detailed program specifications.
  • 5+.years of experience operating in Agile Methodology (SCRUM)
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud Formation and configuration management products.
  • Conducts analysis of organizational needs for the development and implementation of application systems.
