Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Fully Remote, Public Trust Clearance Required at time of onboarding)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead initiatives in data integration, analysis, and modeling. This is a fully remote role requiring the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize Python and advanced data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) for data wrangling, analysis, and modeling.
• Build and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and graph databases (Neo4j, MemGraph, Neptune).
• Write and optimize Cypher queries for network analysis and graph visualization.
• Implement data cleansing, deduplication, profiling, and standardization to ensure high-quality data.
• Collaborate on projects involving machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras) and advanced analytics.
• Integrate data from diverse formats (JSON, XML, CSV) and APIs to support complex workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Python for data-related tasks, including data ingestion, modeling, and analysis.
• Expertise in Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and graph databases (Neo4j, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data quality management.
• Familiarity with graph visualization, network analysis, and Cypher query language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Airflow or similar workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks: PyTorch, Keras.
• Hands-on experience in master data management (MDM), entity resolution, and record linkage.
